Literary Society of University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, in collaboration with UET Media, AKS, Dramatics, and Debating societies organized an interdepartmental event called Sada-e-Kashmir. In this context a solidarity rally lead by Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat was also organized in the campus. Deans of faculties, Chairmen of Various Departments, Director Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaiser, Registrar Muhammad Asif, faculty members, and large number of students were also present in the rally.

The purpose of this event was to demonstrate commitment to raising voice against the oppression of Kashmiris. Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat was the chief guest of Interdepartmental Art and Literature Competitions named Sada-e- Kashmir. The event continued two days with various activities such as Quiz Competition, English declamation, Urdu declamation, Photography, AI generated Graphics, Urdu Nazam, Urdu Article, English Article, Urdu Essay, English Essay, English poem, and Skit Performance, where the students showcased their dedication to the cause.

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony at Chemical Seminar Hall. Certificates and souvenirs were presented to the winners. During the prize distribution ceremony, Vice Chancellor awarded a cash token of Rs. 25,000/- to the performers of the skit from UET Dramatics Society.
