University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore in collaboration with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) organized a walk and seminar to raise awareness against corruption among students. Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Prof. Dr. Syed Mansoor Sarwar, Deans of all faculties, Chairmen, faculty members, and a large number of students attended the seminar. Additional Director NAB Asif Raza and Deputy Director NAB Muhammad Sajid gave a briefing on NAB's anti-corruption campaign and performance. According to Additional Director Asif Raza, since its establishment, NAB has recovered 938.175 billion rupees, while the punishment ratio for people involved in corruption is 66%. Deputy Director NAB Muhammad Sajid said that NAB is running a big campaign on awareness against corruption in the nation. This seminar on the prevention of an Increase in corruption was held at the Transportation Seminar Hall. A walk was also organized at the end of the seminar. During the walk, the students were carrying awareness banners to end corruption. Vice Chancellor UET Prof. Dr. Syed Mansoor Sarwar thanked the National Accountability Bureau for organizing the seminar for awareness against corruption.
