The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has officially announced the results of ECAT Phase-II. Muhammad Musab Sial secured first position with 392 marks, followed by Riyan Ahmad with 391 marks second position and Muhammad Wasif Shehraz with 387 marks, who secured the third position. A total of 26,803 students appeared in Phase-II of ECAT.

In comparison, 15,460 candidates participated in Phase-I. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI) termed the increasing number of applicants as a positive sign, stating it reflects the growing trust of students and parents in UET. He highlighted that the university offers modern laboratories, classrooms, and quality hostel facilities. Additionally, 2,500 new seats have been added for the upcoming academic year. Online registration for admissions to UET Lahore and its constituent campuses is now open. Interested candidates can submit their applications via the UET Admission Portal at admission.uet.edu.pk.

The last date to submit the online admission form is July 11, 2025. The first merit list will be published on July 18, followed by the second on August 1, third on August 15, and fourth on August 22. Applications for downgrading will be accepted from August 29 to 31, with the relevant merit list to be released on September 1. The final merit list will be issued on September 26, and walk-in application submissions will be accepted from September 29 to October 1. Hostel allotments will begin from September 7, and regular classes will commence on September 8, 2025. All admission-related information is available on the UET Admission Portal admission.uet.edu.pk.
