University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore Sports Department has organized UET Annual (Male & Female) Badminton Championship 2022-2023 in Sports Auditorium Hall. In this Championship, 38 Players participated from different Departments. The Male final match was played between Mr. Abdul Rehman (2019-CS-231) Vs Mr. Salman (2020-MC-44). Mr. Abdul Rehman (2019-CS-44) won the final match 2-0, Mr. Salman (2020-MC-44) remained in 2nd Position, Mr. Mohsin Ali (2022-MS-EM-19) remained in 3rd Position and Mr. Munawar Ali (2020-CS-118) got 4th Position. The Female final match was played between Khadeeja Umar (2021-PID-26) Vs Hoor-Ul-Ain (2019-CS-15). Khadeeja Umar (2021-PID-26) won the final match 2-0, Hoor-Ul-Ain (2019-CS-15) remained in 2nd Position, Hassna Eman (2019-PE-20) remained in 3rd Position and Marriam Farooq (2020-IM-25) got 4th Position. At the end prize distribution ceremony, The Convener of the Sports Committee Prof. Dr. Shaker Mahmood Mayo, and Muhammad Tanveer (Director of Physical Education) gave away the Cash Prizes and Shields among the players and appreciated the efforts of players and the Sports Department.
