Office of the Directorate of Students Affairs (DSA) University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore organized the Annual Societies Induction and Membership Drive on 19th & 20th October 2023 at the side yard of Main Library. More than 100 students visited the stalls, set up by different student societies’ representatives, and got themselves registered by filling out the registration forms.

UET student societies including Justuju, UET Model United Nations (UET-MUN) Society, Blood Donor Society (BDS), Climate Action Forum (CAF-UET), Environmental & Horticulture Society (EHS), Prime Minister’s Green Youth Movement Club (GYM-Club), UET Literary Society, Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME-UET), Society of Polymer Engineers & Technologists (SPET), society of female students Zimal, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers' Club (IMEC), Character Building Society (CBS), Ibne Hayyan Chemical Society, UET Science Society, UET Debating Society, UET Dramatics Society, and UET Tribune set up their stalls to attract the newly admitted students for induction.

Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Prof. Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman along with Director of Students Affairs Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaisar and Registrar Muhammad Asif also visited the stalls and appreciated the efforts of students for organizing the drive successfully.
