A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore and Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWU) for the acquisition and implementation of a Campus Management System. Vice Chancellor UET Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, and Vice Chancellor GCWU Sialkot, Prof. Dr. Shazia Bashir signed the documents. At this occasion, Dr. Shahid Munir expressed that the implementation of the Campus Management System will fully digitize all academic, examination, and administrative affairs of GC Women University Sialkot.

This will lead to enhanced transparency, efficiency, and ease for students. Dr. Shazia Bashir stated that this system will not only facilitate students but will also enable the university administration to perform all tasks effectively and transparently.

At this moment Dr. Naveed Ramzan Managing Director ESUPAK UET, Dr. Waqar Mehmood Director ESUPAK UET, Mudassir Khan IT Manager of UET and Prof. Dr. Tariq Convenor Campus Management System GCWU, Prof. Dr. Adnan Adil Treasurer GCWU, Mirza Farooq Registrar GCWU, Malik Gulshan Aslam Controller of Examinations GCWU, Ejaz Ahmed Director QEC GCWU, and Usama Ashraf In-charge ITS were present.

This agreement marks a significant step toward the digital transformation of GC Women University Sialkot, aligning the institution with modern educational standards.
