The Directorate of Student Affairs UET Lahore organized a two hours’ workshop on leadership skills entitled ‘A Path Way to Professional Success’ in the Seminar Hall of Transportation Engineering Department. The keynote speaker for the workshop was Mr. Muhammad Ali who has a specialization in Mind Engineering, NLP Training, Body Language, Sports, Mind and Visual Addiction Coaching.

More than 170 students from different departments attended the workshop. Mr. Muhammad Ali discussed the basic 17 qualities of a leader, difference between a leader or a boss, and the concept of leadership in Islam. The session was very interactive as the speaker‘s content revolved around daily life situations and basic choices which transform a person into a leader. The workshop concluded with an engaging Q&A session where the speaker answered many of the students' queries. The workshop remained   successful in inspiring students to develop the great virtues of optimism, self-control, thoughtfulness, and sense of responsibility.

To conclude the workshop the Director Students Affairs, UET Lahore, Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaiser presented the speaker with an honorary shield. E-Certificates of participation were also provided to the students.
