The Faculty of Natural Sciences, Humanities & Islamic Studies in collaboration with Fikre Iqbal forum organized the 1st National Conference on Evolution of Youth Leadership and Personality Development through Dr. Allama Iqbal’s Doctrine. This significant event aimed to inspire and empower our youth for future leadership, drawing wisdom from Dr. Iqbal's teachings. The esteemed Vice-Chancellor, UET, Lahore, Prof. Dr. Habib ur Rehman, delivered a compelling address, emphasizing the active role of youth in nation-building with historical examples. The Dean Natural Sciences and Humanities, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahid Rafique and Chairperson Chemistry Department, Dr. Humayun Ajaz also graced the event.

Prof. Dr. Aneela Anwar, the chief organizer, underscored the imperative need for such events in students' personality development, drawing inspiration from the teachings of great historical legends to shape tomorrow's leaders. The eminent guest speakers included Justice (R) Nasira Javed Iqbal, Engr. Waheed Khawaja, Maj General (R) Qasim Qureshi, Dr. Nadeem Ishaq Khan, Ms Gul Sana Mansha, Prof. Dr Uzma Zareen Khan, Prof. Dr. Amna Shoaib, Dr. Ambrina Irum, Dr. Pir Tariq Sharifzada and Miss Syeda Attiqa.
