Mr. Shahid Islam ( Assistant Professor )

I have been working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore (Rachna Campus). I obtained my MSc degree in Computer Science from University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore. Before joining Rachna College, I have worked at Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Sceince at UET. I am also a UET alumni and graduated from UET with BS (Honours) in Computer Science.

Apart from my teaching obligations, I have pefromed various administrative duties at Rachna. I served as Head of Computer Science Department, Assistant Warden Hostels, In-charge IT Cell, and Convenor on many committees. 

I have been twice awarded commendation certificate for rendering outstanding peformance and services at Rachna College. Moreover, I have also produced international conference as well as jouranl publications.
