Career counselling Office University of Engineering & Technology Lahore organises a seminar on Career Planning. Mr Sultan khan was resource person on the seminar while Prof. Dr Asif Ali Qaiser,Director student affairs, Career counselling officer Dr. Rabia, alumni Officer Mr zain, senior faculty members and students attended the session. Career counselling office arranges this interactive session to increase students understanding of how to prepare professionally & effectively. Speaking to students, motivational scholar, Mr Sultan Khan, said “According to industry reports, 86% of students are worried about their choice of subjects for higher education. A whopping 92% says that they are not given career-related guidance from their universities.” He also explained the current scenario of student programmes and employment opportunities.
He suggested the best opportunities & informed the students about the procedures and formalities. He also emphasised the significant role played by extracurricular activities in strengthening portfolios. In the end, Prof. Dr Asif Ali Qaiser,Director student affairs gave souvenir to Mr Sultan khan.the session was an opening of series of sessions to be held on every Wednesday by Carrer counselling office of University of Engineering & Technology Lahore.
